Cleary Interests was established by Joe Cleary, the retired co-founder of Harvey Cleary, who played a pivotal role in transforming the company into Houston’s largest general contracting firm. Over nearly 50 years, Cleary was instrumental in growing the firm from a $30 million operation to over $2 billion in revenues, with five offices across the United States. Throughout this journey, he and his partners focused on developing personnel, implementing best practices, and executing standards that positioned the firm as a best-in-class leader in the industry.

Having collaborated with world-class developers and designers, Cleary has contributed to major real estate developments nationwide.

Cleary now shares his extensive experience and knowledge as a consultant, offering a range of services including development, program management, project management, construction management and acting as an owner’s representative for his clients and co-investors.
